Our office is open daily. Staff is available to help; please feel free to stop in. You may still call our office to order oil, make a payment over the phone with a credit/debit card pay on our website, or mail in a payment to: West Oil Company, 593 Ashland Street, North Adams, MA 01247. We also have a mail slot in our front door if you would like to drop off a check. Our service department is available for emergency service calls only at this time. We will be scheduling routine maintenance as soon as this health crisis is over. Our fuel delivery drivers will be continuing with making fuel deliveries and we do not anticipate any disruptions in our delivery schedules. We do ask if our drivers or technicians do need to come to your home, please remember the social distancing guidelines.
